6 Social Media Pages Patients Should Follow

In this day and age, information (and misinformation) is hyper accessible and we are constantly exposed to and absorbing it whether we realize it or not. As a clinician and coach, people are always asking for directions and recommendations for the different things that they’re dealing with. More often than not, I try to inform and manage from a far as best as possible. One of the easiest ways to give direction and recommendations is through social media.

Below I’ve hyperlinked some of my favorite social media accounts and their respective websites. I picked these 6 accounts because they are directed by healthcare and fitness professionals with higher educational degrees, they give examples of diagnosis and treatment protocols, they offer layman’s terms for explanations, and they serve as (mostly) free resources for the general population to explore.
